The Story So Far...

Risa and Ōtani are their classes lopsided comedy duo, except that Risa falls in love with Ōtani! She finally works up the courage to tell him how she feels, only to be told he can't think of her as anything more than a friend. Even so, she keeps trying to change his mind, and after a ton of twists and turns, they start going out! This is the first time Risa's ever had a boyfriend, and she's all excited about it. But then one day, on their way to his house, they bump into Ōtani's neighbor, Mimi, who is not only a beautiful 13-year-old model, but is also madly in love with Risa's boyfriend! Unfortunately for Mimi though, Ōtani is totally oblivious, and Risa knows only too well what that feels like! So even though Mimi threatens to take Ōtani away from her Risa can't help sympathizing and even helping her out. Finally, she wins Mimi's grudging respect.
