Lovely★Complex D (ラブ★コン D, Rabu Kon D), sometimes referred to as Lovely Complex Deluxe or Lovely Complex Two, is a shōjo manga series written and illustrated by Aya Nakahara. It serves as a sequel to the original Lovely Complex manga. It was serialized in the monthly Japanese magazine Deluxe Margaret, published by Shueisha, from 2009 to 2012. It is compiled into a single tankōbon volume.

Plot

Act.0

Hiyori Manabe is a closeted otaku experiencing her first year of highschool. She ends befriending Takato Koizumi who just happens to be Risa's younger brother. Unlike Hiyori's sister, Takato doesn't find her passion for anime and video games to be repulsive, and he considers her them to be something that make her unique.

Act.1

Takato Koizumi is Risa's younger brother. Angry that he didn't make it into his first choice high school, Takato starts lashing out at his peers and quickly spirals into a depression that leads to him temporarily dropping out of school. Luckily his new friend, Hiyori Manabe, comes to the rescue.

Act.2

Mimi Yoshioka has an opportunity to do something exciting and new: acting. She travels to Tokyo to pursue a role as the lead in a TV drama movie. Unfortunately for Mimi, she isn't greeted with the usual happy faces that cater to her every beck and call.

Act.3

Kazuko Matsubara thinks her life is picture perfect, clear cut with her path laid out in front of her. But after running into an old friend, Izumi Tsubaki, she realizes that the perfect life isn't what she actually wants.

Honey Going

Honey Going follows the story of Haruka and Yuu, highschool students who are going through a rough patch in their relationship. Yuu thinks Haruka cares more about food than she does their relationship which causes him to break it off with her. When rumors start spreading that Yuu broke up with Haruka for "being fat", he reflects on their relationship and how far from the truth that really is.
